Ok great record! Dynamic, clarity and incredible soundstage! Fantastic pressing !

Purchased this in the '80s, however sounds about mint / VG+ to me after maybe 50 plays. Tranquility, long-wearing vinyl.
The "Elton John band family tree" is a nice summary of musicians contributing to each of Sir Elton's recordings up through the early '80s.

Such a neat pressing with Male monarch (as always), the art is fantastic. Not a gatefold, just a 4 pg. insert of lyrics. Just purchased his NM-, flawless pressing.

This Gloversville pressing of "Helm Fantastic" is the one you want, and about equally good as it gets for Elton John's MCA pressings.

Sound quality is really great. Unfortunately every single lxx'southward MCA Elton record has the noisiest vinyl. My copy is almost flawless and plays like a VG tape.

Very nice treatment of this classic record. The pressing sounds bully, nice and quiet where it should be. The packaging is pinnacle-notch equally well.

5 STARS for this album. I was just getting into Elton in about 1974 at historic period 14 as my old friend returned from living elsewhere (dad in the military) and he turned me on to Elton. So I bought his Greatest Hits album that was merely released. I barbarous for him big time and I wanted more. Well come 1975 and at that place it is a staff of life new album, Capt. Fantastic... and but the encompass artwork lonely sold me so I bought it right abroad. OMG I was totally blown away by these songs and I played the anthology over and over for weeks. Then I was on a quest to become his other albums. But this one was the i that drew me in hook, line and sinker. Great tape and all the bonus stuff really made it worth the toll.

Why hasn't anyone commented on this pressing. Information technology SQ is very good glad I decided to give it a go :)

This is Elton'southward favourite and he says finest work. I bought it mean solar day of release and I am still listening to information technology. The packaging especially the booklets are extremely good and compliment the concept album - the music and vocals are the best and timeless
